What personal data we process

We process information to the extent required to handle a quote request, prepare a quote and provide an agreed service.

At the quote-request stage, we do not normally ask for billing details, e-invoicing details, door codes or other information that is only needed after the service has been accepted.

• contact details, such as an email address or phone number
• the content of the quote request and the transport, moving or other service need described by the customer
• information about pickup and delivery locations and timing
• additional information provided voluntarily by the customer and the selected contact method
• information later needed to provide and invoice the service

We use personal data to handle the service requested by the customer.

• processing quote requests and preparing quotes
• communicating with the customer
• placing and fulfilling orders
• arranging transport, moves or other services
• customer service and invoicing
• meeting legal obligations

Legal basis for processing

Depending on the situation, processing is based on steps taken at the customer's request before entering into a contract, entering into and performing a contract, and meeting legal obligations.

KukaKuskaa may use artificial intelligence to structure information provided by the customer in free-form text for the purpose of processing a quote request.

AI assists in interpreting information such as what needs to be transported, where it should be picked up and what vehicle or workload the service may require. KukaKuskaa remains responsible for the quote and service.

Personal data may be processed in technical services used by KukaKuskaa and in services involved in providing the service, invoicing or other necessary processing.

Personal data is disclosed only to the extent required to provide the service or meet a legal obligation.

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected or as long as required by law.

Information that is no longer needed is deleted when there is no longer a basis for processing it.
